This weekend’s Hormone Horoscope: This weekend is a perfect time for taking a personal inventory of your body and mind to check if there’s anything that needs to be fixed. Why? With estrogen and testosterone peaking, they should be giving you the most energy, positive feelings, freedom from pain and revved-up libido that you’ll have all cycle. So, if you’re not experiencing one or more of these hormonal benefits, it could be a warning that something is out of whack and needs to be addressed.
