Week 1

Week 2
Day 8 to Day 14 (or ovulation)
Estrogen and testosterone rise till they peak
This weekend’s Hormone Horoscope: You’ll likely notice it’s easier to stay up far later than you usually do, withstand a more intense workout and pile more work on your plate. Credit goes to rising estrogen and testosterone, which ratchet up energy, alertness and endurance as they climb!

Progesterone rises; estrogen and testosterone drop for half the week, then rise again
