Week 1

Day 23 to the end of cycle
Today’s hormonescope: You may be surprised that a teacher, friend or family member who you look up to has flaws, such as being egocentric or a little lazy. It’s not that this person has changed. Rather, your plunging estrogen is helping you see people in a more realistic light today as opposed to the first half of your cycle when optimism-boosting rising estrogen made you see them as smarter, more capable and more impressive than they really were. Try not to be disillusioned when someone’s foibles become clearer; we all have strengths and weaknesses no matter how awesome we are.
