Which week are you on in your cycle?

Week 1
First day of period to Day 7

That’s because high estrogen and testosterone are amping up your excitement, making you get easily swept up in a fantastic vision of what could be instead of getting mired down in the technical (and super-boring!) details of how to make it happen.

Week 3
Day 14 (or ovulation) to Day 22
Today’s hormonescope: You may be turning the radio down a notch, wishing a colleague wasn’t so chatty and choosing muted colors to wear over bright ones today as rising progesterone mellows you out and has you preferring calmness over Week 2 kind of excitement.  

Week 4
Day 23 to the end of cycle

As estrogen plunges, it takes your rosy optimism down with it, making you see things a bit more realistically or perhaps even pessimistically.
