Week 1
First day of period to Day 7

Week 2

As a result, you might miss key instructions in an email, miss a request to be picked up by your sis because listening to voicemails takes too long or you turn your hair green because you didn’t read all the hair dye precautions.

Today’s hormonescope: News reports about health and safety issues may pique your interest today. Rising progesterone is making you more cautious and concerned about getting sick or hurt or about a health issue facing someone you love.

Week 4
Day 23 to the end of cycle
