Week 1
First day of period to Day 7

Week 2
Day 8 to Day 13
Today’s hormonescope: High estrogen is making you talk like it’s your job! You’ll be starting conversations with neighbors, coworkers, even strangers on line at the supermarket. You may even start talking or singing to yourself. And with high testosterone boosting your self-confidence, you don’t really care who overhears!

Week 3
Day 14 (or ovulation) to Day 22
Today’s hormonescope: When given the opportunity to do something exciting or challenging, your first instinct may be to turn it down. That’s because rising progesterone is making you more safety-conscious and lower levels of estrogen and testosterone take down your confidence. Day 23 to the end of cycle

And these plunging hormones are also slowing your reflexes and making you less likely to successfully catch any object you happen to drop!
