Week 1

Once you get whatever it is you want in your mind, these high hormones amp up your excitement about it, making obtaining it seem more important than ever.

As estrogen plunges, it makes you more likely to ponder the negative events in your life. But, you can counter it by reminding yourself of the good things you have to be proud of, like the great friends you’ve made, the amazing talent you have or the utterly awesome way you tie a cherry stem in a knot with your tongue.
