Today’s Hormone Horoscope: Be prepared to be slightly uncomfortable today: Rising progesterone is making you more likely to be constipated, it’s triggering bloat and breast tenderness, it’s sapping your pep and, as you learned in a recent Hormonology Tip, it makes you more sensitive to heat and humidity. Sure, these aren’t anything to shake your pom-poms about, but they’re just minor irritations.
