Week 1
First day of period to Day 7

Week 3
Day 14 (or ovulation) to Day 22
Today’s hormonescope: You may be giving a second thought to a plan or idea you had last week and possibly thinking about nixing what you started. Why? Estrogen and testosterone dip, which lowers your confidence and motivation, and progesterone is rising, which is urging you to play it safe.

Week 4
Day 23 to the end of cycle
