Week 1
First day of period to Day 7

Week 2
Day 8 to Day 13
Today’s hormonescope: Good luck thinking about anything other than the hottie in the office, the cutie in the coffee shop or the gorgeous piece of eye candy on your commute. High testosterone has your libido raging and high estrogen is making you want to flirt up a storm.

Week 3
Day 14 (or ovulation) to Day 22
