Week 1
First day of period to Day 7

Week 4
Day 23 to the end of cycle
Today’s hormonescope: Try avoid making drastic permanent or semi-permanent changes today, such as cutting 10 inches off your hair, getting a tattoo, ditching your partner or quitting school or your job. Plunging estrogen and testosterone bring down you patience and make you prone to making rash decisions without thinking through the long-term consequences.
