Day 23 to the end of cycle
Today’s hormonescope: With your powers of concentration on the downswing as estrogen and testosterone plunge, you may want to take extra precautions to avoid distractions while working if you want to get anything done before the weekend, for instance, turn off your text message and email alerts, turn off your phone’s ringer and hang a “do not disturb” sign on your door or chair.
