This week things have changed: Estrogen and testosterone dip to lower levels and sedating progesterone rises. Together, this combination makes you feel less panicky and more subdued, which makes you feel that issues will work themselves out or that you have more time to come up with the right answer.
Day 23 to the end of cycle
Today’s hormonescope: You may feel like you’re coming down with a cold, have a mysterious ache or suddenly get another unexplained symptom. Chances are, your problem is just plunging estrogen, which can trigger discomfort or make you more sensitive to allergens, stress or other symptom-triggers.
