hourglassAlmost two months ago, I took a sabbatical from my job as a women’s health journalist and from this Hormonology blog to write my forthcoming Hormonology book.

I’m excited to say that I’ve nearly completed the first draft of my book!

There are still a few steps between now and the book popping up on Amazon: It’s got to go to a couple of editors, then a designer and formatter. But, finding time to write the text was the biggest hurdle.

Now that my sabbatical is coming to a close, I’m returning to work and returning to writing all-new Hormonology blog tips. Which is a good thing because I’ve missed sharing new hormone studies and tips that help make every day of your cycle better.

You can expect new Hormonology blog tips every weekday starting Monday, June 15. Till then, I’ll be reposting some of my favorites from the archive. Hope you enjoy!
