13 Aug New interview: Practically Period Podcast
BY GABRIELLE LICHTERMAN
.
AUGUST 13, 2021—I’m thrilled to share that I was recently interviewed for the Practically Period Podcast (@practicallyperiodpodcast).
Hosted by eco-warrior Cathy Mears-Martin (@sustainable.ideas), author of the children’s book, Eco Protection Squad, and my good friend Hannah (@sustainable.period), who champions the use of environmentally-friendly period products, Practically Period Podcast is a new podcast that showcases the impressive work of period activists. For example, you can listen to interviews with Meghana Rella, founder of Sitaara, an organization that fights period poverty in a sustainable way in India, and Tatiana and Eunice, who’ve teamed up to supply reusable cotton pads to menstruating women in Kenya.
In my interview, I share all the ways you can love your period week–yes, love it! And we chatted about hormones, how I was inspired to create Hormonology and more.
