19 Apr You’re more attracted to flirts in your Week 2!
Wonder how chronic flirts get all the ladies—even if they’re not the most physically attractive people in the room?
A study out of the UK’s University of Portsmouth reveals it could come down to your hormones.
Turns out, once your Week 2 rolls around (which starts 8 days after the first day of your period) and you approach ovulation, not only are you better able to detect flirtatious behavior from others, you’re more attracted to those who do it.
As the researchers explain, whether or not you realize it, during your fertile phase you home in on certain mating cues that tell you if someone is a suitable partner—and flirting is one of those cues.
