New Hormonology video: Why your hormones are like an umbrella–yes, an umbrella

My Hormonology

I filmed an on-location video this week! I was inspired by the steady rain we’ve been getting here in St. Petersburg, Florida. Summer is our rainy season–so you never want to go anywhere without your umbrella.

And that had me thinking about my hormones! (Naturally, since everything reminds me of hormones!)

I had the sudden realization that our hormones are like an umbrella! Really!

So, I dashed out to beautiful downtown St. Petersburg–during a rainstorm, of course–with my trusty umbrella and shot this quick video to explain why our hormones are like an umbrella and how this realization can help you better understand how your hormones impact you all cycle long.
