Week 1

Estrogen and testosterone rise till they peak
This weekend’s Hormone Horoscope: You’re going to be the loudest, laughiest member of your group today thanks to high estrogen, which prompts you to hog the spotlight and make the most out of social situations. And if friends aren’t around to hang with today, chances are, you’ll find a way to at least be close to other people, say, by heading to a coffee shop to try a festive-themed hot beverage or doing some holiday shopping. That’s because this same hormone makes you enjoy the company of others, even if it’s just being in close proximity to them.

Week 3
Day 15 (or the day after ovulation) to Day 22
Progesterone rises; estrogen and testosterone drop for half the week, then estrogen rises again
