This weekend’s Hormone Horoscope: You may feel like recommending a brand, product, restaurant or something else you absolutely love to someone today. As your body’s level of estrogen climbs higher and higher, it makes you feel even better about your favorites, which makes you want to convince others to try them, too. You may also spontaneously compliment friends and strangers on their choice of scarf, hat, shoes or something else they’re wearing thanks to high estrogen, which is boosting your mood and giving you the urge to spread the good feelings to others.

Week 3
Day 15 (or the day after ovulation) to Day 22
Progesterone rises; estrogen and testosterone drop for half the week, then estrogen rises again
