Week 1

Week 2
Day 8 to Day 14 or ovulation (here’s how to tell when you’re ovulating)
Estrogen and testosterone rise till they peak
Today’s Hormone Horoscope: When opportunities are offered to you, you’re likely to focus on the benefits and downplay the downsides due to high estrogen, which is pumping up brain chemicals that make you more optimistic. Week 3

Progesterone rises; estrogen and testosterone drop for half the week, then estrogen rises again

Estrogen and progesterone plunge
