Week 1

However, by the time your period ends, you’ll likely notice that cravings subside, your appetite lessens a bit and you even prefer to eat healthier, happily choosing salads and low-fat foods. Credit goes to a higher level of estrogen, which exerts a slight appetite-suppressing effect while also revving your desire to improve your health.

Week 2
Day 8 to Day 14 or ovulation (here’s how to tell when you’re ovulating)
Estrogen and testosterone rise till they peak
