Research shows that rising progesterone in your Week 3 makes you more impulsive specifically about home goods and food purchases because it’s amping up your desire to feather your nest and eat calorie-rich meals, snacks and desserts, which override your fear about money issues.

Week 4
Day 23 to the end of cycle
